▪ Used to determine the plastic limit (lowest moisture content)
at which a sample can be rolled into threads 3 mm diameter
without breaking and/or cracking.
▪ Consists of a 300 x 300 mm glass plate, stainless steel rod, 6
pieces of moisture tins, mixing dish and a spatula.
